A disconnected or disgruntled parent community, or even a small subset of your parent community, can cause exponentially more work than joy.  Let me help you locate the root of current problems and get in front of potential situations so that together you and your parent community can work hand in hand while supporting children. 

In our initial consultation session, we will custom design a plan that best suits your school. On-site or online, I will spend time with your stakeholders including school leaders, faculty, parent volunteer groups and general community. Through a series of discussions and inquiry with your key stakeholders, I will propose suggestions for implementing positive exchanges, as well as potential structural changes that will improve and nurture these relationships over time.
