Welcome to Connections International!
Connections International was launched in Singapore in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, where all aspects of our lives are suddenly woven together, creating a new normal. Distance learning and working from home has created a new dynamic between the home, the school, workplaces and families. We commute less, but we log more hours; families share space more than ever, but that time together is greater in quantity than quality. The impact of the pandemic on a psychological level will linger long after the vaccine is fully implemented and my hope is that there are steps we can take now to consider the real needs that are impacting our homes, families, schools and workplaces through deeper connections.
With a uniquely connected network of international educators, leaders and business professionals, I am routinely called upon to make "connections" by bridging these gaps. Thus, the idea of Connections International was born in 2020.
